How do you handle late rent payments?

We have a strict rent collection process in place, which includes sending out reminders and notices to tenants who are late on their rent payment, and late fees are automatically added to their ledgers. If necessary, we will initiate legal action to collect overdue rent.

How often do you provide financial reports?

Through our Owner Portal, powerd by Buildium, you will be able to access detailed financial in real time, which include income and expense statements, rent collection summaries, and any maintenance or repair expenses.

Can I ask you for advice?

Absolutely! Our experienced team is always available to answer your questions and provide guidance on finding the right tenants, managing your property effectively, and dealing with legal or financial issues. How much do your services cost?

We charge for only three fees: a monthly management fee, a tenant placement fee, and a lease renewal fee. These vary based on the location of your property and the number of properties you have under our management.

We have an in-house team of qualified maintenance technicians who are available 24/7 to handle any maintenance or repair requests. Tenants can submit their requests online or by phone, and we will promptly address the issue.

How do you handle evictions?

We strive to avoid evictions whenever possible. However, if eviction becomes necessary, we will handle the process in accordance with local laws and regulations, and we will work to minimize any disruption to your property.
