How To Apply?

We, at Sungate Property Management, are glad you're interested in one of our properties!

Here are the next steps for you to submit an application:

Submit Your Application

Remember, we need one application per adult, please make sure to use a different email for each one. In the first section of your application you will find a section to list all occupants, please make sure to include the ages of each one if any minors are present. Please note that we charge a $35 non-refundable processing fee for each application.

Background Check

After you submit your application, we will send you a background check request to the email address you used – the email will come from a donotreply email sender, please make sure to check your junk folder if not received. Open the email and complete all of the required information as accurately as possible.

Document Submission

We will need some additional documentation to process your application, so please send us a picture/copy of your ID, your two most recent pay stubs, any proof of income (work letter, acceptance letter, bank statements, tax return form), and a rent ledger if available to melanie@sungateproperty.com.

Final Assessment

Once all of the previous steps have been completed and received by us, we will process and present your application to the Landlord, who will then ultimately decide to accept or deny your tenancy. If your application is approved, you will receive an email from Sungate Property Management with the approval notice and general terms of the lease.
