Thanks to Sungate Property Management, we had an excellent showing with Alex a couple days ago. He was very attentive and made us feel comfortable throughout the entire process, answering all of our questions about the property and the neighborhood.

I would like to mention that our experience with Sungate as the property management company for the property we currently rent has been extraordinary. Always we have received a prompt response from their staff.
Today, Alex visited us to conduct the inspection, and his work was truly excellent. He answered all of our questions and facilitated smooth and positive communication between us, in addition to providing helpful tips for maintaining the property in the best condition during this cold and snowy weather.

I rent a property managed by Sungate and they’ve been great to work with! Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the handymen are always professional and respectful. I’ve lived in Fells Point for over three years and have had a consistently good experience with Sungate. Highly recommend.

I rented our property with Sungate and also recommended my brother to them. They are detail oriented and handled all the rental licenses swiftly. Melanie and her team rented the property quickly and all maintenance is handled on time. We’re very happy we found them! Highly recommend!
